Participation of delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan in the WBG – IMF Annual plenary meeting
On October 7th of the current year Mr. Jamshed Nurmahmadzoda, Chairman of National bank of Tajikistan during official assignment together with Mr. Abdusalom Qurboniyon, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan as a part of the Republic of Tajikistan delegation has taken part in work of the WBG – IMF Annual plenary meeting, which took place in Washington, the USA.

Mr. Jim Yong Kim, the WBG President and Mr. Kristin Lagard, the IMF Director have made presentation in plenary meeting, informing participants on the problems and global economic prospects, and also reduction of poverty level, development of the economy and effective directions on providing of financial assistance.
It is necessary to note, that WBG & IMF Annual plenary meeting started its work on October, 7th and will last till October, 11th of current year. Within the framework of the WBG & IMF Annual plenary meeting program it is also provided realization of regional briefings, press conferences and other events on global economy, development of the international relations and world financial system.
