On LLC "Markazi dastgirii sughurtai mutaqobila"

According to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated from May 24, 2021, No.97 in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On licensing of certain type activities" and the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the National Bank of Tajikistan" the license of the Limited Liability Company "Markazi dastgirii sughurtai mutaqobila" was canceled.

Based on this decision, the validity of license No.HC-07-59, issued to LLC "Markazi dastgirii sughurtai mutaqobila" in accordance with the decision of Licensing Commission of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan dated from December 8, 2016, No.22 for effecting mutual insurance in the Republic of Tajikistan was terminated.

The Insurance Supervision Management shall be obliged to make an appropriate entry in the Unified State Register of Professional Participants of Insurance Market.
