License issuance to the CJSC "Microcredit Deposit Organization "Shukr Moliya” to carry out banking operations

In accordance with the Article 42 of the Law of Republic of Tajikistan “On National Bank of Tajikistan”, and the Articles 14, 21 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On microfinance organizations” and with the decision of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan from December 14, 2022, No. 141, the Closed Joint Stock Company “Microcredit Deposit Organization “Shukr Molia” was issued a license to carry out banking operations with national and foreign currencies.

Based on this Resolution, the Banking Supervision Department was instructed to make corresponding entry in Registry of the microcredit organizations and Payment Systems Management in the Certificate of “Banking identification codes of Credit financial Institutions of the Republic of Tajikistan”.
