License issuance to the LLC "Non-banking credit organization" Vasl" to carry out banking operations

By the decision of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated December 30, 2022, No. 151 in accordance with the Article 42 of the Law of RT “On the National Bank of Tajikistan”, Article 13 of the Law of RT “On Microfinance organizations”, and Articles 7, 10, and 15 of the Law of RT “On banking activities”, the Limited liability company "Non-banking organization "Vasl" was issued a license to carry out banking operations with national and foreign currencies.

Based on this Resolution, the license for banking operations dated October 7, 2019, No. 0000106, issued to the Limited Liability Company "Microcredit Deposit Organization "Vasl", was revoked by the decision of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated October 4, 2019, No. 123 in connection with converting into a non-bank credit institution.

In this regard, the Department of Banking Supervision and Payment Systems Management were instructed to make corresponding entry in the Registry of the microcredit organizations and the Certificate of “Banking identification codes of Credit financial Institutions of the Republic of Tajikistan”
