The licenses of the LLC “BEST” and MoneyGram Payment Systems, Inc. have been revoked

In accordance with Article 141 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Licensing Certain Types of Activities” and Article 77 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the National Bank of Tajikistan”, by the decision of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated December 22, 2022, No. 146 the license of MoneyGram Payment Systems, Inc. issued by the decision of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated August 30, 2019, No. 110 was revoked.

Also, in accordance with Article 141 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Licensing Certain Types of Activities” and Article 77 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the National Bank of Tajikistan”, by the decision of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated December 22, 2022, No. 147 the license of the LLC “BEST” issued by the decision of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated August 30, 2019, No. 109 was revoked.

Based on this Resolution, the Payment Systems Management was instructed to make corresponding entry in the Register of Payment System Operators.
