The license of the LLC “Tashkiloti Sugurtavii Mehrubon” has been revoked

By the decision of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated January 16, 2023, No. 3, the license of the Limited Liability Company "Tashkiloti sugurtavi Mehrubon", issued by the Decision of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated May 29, 2019, No.59, was revoked for carrying out insurance activities. Based on the decisions of the Economic Court of Dushanbe dated October 11, 2022 the license of the Limited Liability Company "Tashkiloti sugurtavi Mehrubon", Article 141 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On licensing certain types of activities" and Article 77 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the National Bank of Tajikistan" was revoked due to gross violation of the requirements of legislation.

In this regard, the Insurance Supervision Management was instructed to make corresponding entry in the Unified State Register of Professional Participants in the Insurance Market.
