On LLC MDO “Tamvil”

In accordance with Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Liquidation of Credit Institutions”, the Resolution of the Board of the NBT dated May 12, 2023, No. 54 granted LLC MDO “Tamvil” application for voluntary revocation of the license. 

The license of LLC MDO “Tamvil” dated October 3, 2012, issued by the Resolution of the Board of the NBT dated September 25, 2012, No. 230 for banking operations, is considered invalid.

Based on this decision, the authorized body of LLC MDO “Tamvil” is obliged to organize a liquidation commission to conduct the liquidation procedure in compliance with the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The liquidation commission was also instructed to submit the balance sheet and other necessary information to the National Bank of Tajikistan.
