Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan

NAZIRI Gulbahor Nazir was born on September 19, 1970 in the Republic of Tajikistan, she is Tajik by nationality.

Education:

   Higher education, graduated from the Khujand State Pedagogical Institute named after S.M. Kirov with a Master Degree in Russian language and Literature in the national school and Khujand State University named after academician B. Gafurov with a Master Degree in Economics and Production Management.

 Academic title: Doctor of Economics, Professor.

            Working experience:

            1992-2007 – Instructor, Department of Oral and Written Speech, Faculty of Russian Language and Literature, Khujand State University named after Academician B. Gafurov;

            2007-2009 – Instructor, Department of Economics Theory, Faculty of Finance, Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics;

            2009-2011 – Associate Professor, Department of Economic Theory Faculty of Finance, Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics;   

            2011-2015 – Dean, Faculty of Business and Management, Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics;

            2015-2020 - Deputy to the Majlisi Namoyandagon of  Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, member of the Economy and Finance Committee;

            In 2020-2022 - Deputy to the Majlisi Namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Deputy Chairman of Economy and Finance Committee.

             From August 17, 2022, by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, No. 425, she was appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman of National Bank of Tajikistan;

            She is a member of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan.

            Language knowledge: fluent in Russian and English;

            She is married, she has 4 children.
