The main directions of the monetary policy of the Republic of Tajikistan
Тhe main directions of the Monetary Policy of the Republic of Tajikistan have been prepared according to the articles 4 and 14 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On the National Bank of Tajikistan» and define main directions of monetary and exchange rate policy of the state, an effectiveness of monetary policy instruments and stable growth of monetary indicators in order to achieve the main objective – maintaining price stability for the upcoming year.
The National Bank of Tajikistan, annually, not later than November 1, submits the draft of the main directions of the Monetary Policy of the Republic of Tajikistan for consideration to Majlisi Namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli (Parliament) of the Republic of Tajikistan for subsequent approval.
