“Basis-credit” LLC MDO’s petition is satisfied

According to the Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On liquidation of credit institutions» the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan by its decision from September 29, 2015 has satisfied “Basis-credit” LLC MDO’s petition on voluntary liquidation of this organization.

In accordance with this decision “Basis-credit” LLC MDO license issued by the National Bank of Tajikistan will be withdrawn, and also this organization will be excluded from the Register of the micro-financial organizations.

Also, the authority of “Basis-credit” LLC MDO is obliged to establish liquidating commission for realization of voluntary liquidation procedure.
