The authority of the Temporary Administration extended

With a view of full-scale improvement and rehabilitation of activities of OJSC “Tojiksodirotbank”, the Board of the National bank of Tajikistan according to Article 49 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On the National bank of Tajikistan» approved the decision on prolongation of the Temporary Administration’s Authority in the given bank till December 18, 2016.

The Temporary Administration was entrusted to perform activities on the basis of the country’s laws and regulations, for the purpose of improvement of financial situation of the given credit organisation, providing realization of the adopted plan on rehabilitation of this bank.
