The Republic of Tajikistan has received a grant from International Development Association toward the cost of the Private Sector Competitiveness Project , and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant toward payments under the contract for Supply, Install and Implementation of Automated Transfer System (ATS+) Instant Fund Transfer (IFT). The National Bank of Tajikistan, implementing the project respective component, now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Supply, Install and Implementation of Automated Transfer System (ATS+) Instant Fund Transfer (IFT) at National Bank of Tajikistan.

Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers, (dated January 2011, revised June 2014) “Procurement Guidelines”, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents from the National Bank of Tajikistan at the address 1) below during office hours Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 Dushanbe time. A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be obtained by interested bidders upon submission of a written application or via email to the address below. The documents will be sent by e-mail in PDF format.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security (bank guarantee) of USD 36,000.00 or an equivalent amount in a local or any other freely convertible currency, and be delivered to the address 2) below by 17:00 Dushanbe time on September 12, 2017. They will be opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend, at the address 3) below. Late bids will be rejected.
