OJSC Commerce Bank of Tajikistan has started its activity

In accordance with Article 42 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On National Bank of Tajikistan" and Articles 7 and 10 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Banking Activities", as well as the Resolution of the Board of the NBT dated October 10, 2017, No. 138 it was issued a license to the OJSC Commerce Bank of Tajikistan to effect banking operations in national and foreign currencies.

The license of OJSC Commerce Bank of Tajikistan was awarded to the bank by Deputy Chairman of the NBT, Sirojiddin Ikromi, who also wished good luck on behalf of the NBT management.

It should be noted that the OJSC Commerce Bank of Tajikistan was established by transformation of MDO Fardo LLC, its founders are citizens of Tajikistan.

The license of MDO Fardo LLC for conducting banking operations in national and foreign currencies, issued on June 23, 2016, was canceled in connection with the transformation of this organization into a bank.

The name "Commerce Bank of Tajikistan " was entered to the Register of Credit Organizations and Directory "Bank Identification Codes of Credit Organizations of the Republic of Tajikistan".
