LLC “Tajik Audit Consulting” is excluded from the list of the auditor institutions

The National Bank of Tajikistan with the view of maintenance of the banking system stability and depositor and creditors protection, in accordance with part 13 items 29 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On microfinance organizations” in connection with provision of doubtful audit report, and also nonobservance of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Tajikistan and the international financial reporting standards during performance of credit institutions audit LLC “Tajik Audit Consulting” is excluded from the list of the auditor institutions, having right of performance of audit of credit institutions in the Republic of Tajikistan on October 3, 2018.
