On CJSC “Toj-Audit”

By the next decision of the NBT Management as of April 12, 2019 № 34 in accordance with Article 77 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the National Bank of Tajikistan” and Articles 8 and 12 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On licensing of some types of activities”, and Chapters 9, 11 and 19 of the Regulation “On licensing features of some types of activities” with the view of not performance of licensing requirement the request of CJSC “Toj-Audit” on license renewal has been rejected.

The Banking Supervision Department was instructed to make corresponding record in the Register of Licences on auditing activities in banking system.
