On Procedure of establishing structural subdivisions by credit financial institutions and their branches

In accordance with the Article 56 of Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Regulatory Legal Acts" by the Resolution of Board of NBT dated from January 19, 2021, No. 7 the amendments and supplements were made to the Procedure of establishing structural subdivisions by credit financial institutions and their branches, which was approved by the Resolution of NBT Board dated from May 29, 2019 No. 58 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan on June 18, 2019, No. 559 "ғ".

This Resolution, in accordance with the established procedure, was registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan on February 25, 2021, No. 559 "ғ" and will be brought into force after its official publication.
