On LLC “Sughurtai Tojik va Chin”

In accordance with the Articles 6 and 34 of Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Insurance Activities", Articles 6 and 8 of Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Licensing of Certain Types of Activities", as well as Chapters 11 and 54 of the Regulations "On specifics of licensing of certain types of activities ” by the Resolution of NBT Board dated from February 19, 2021, No. 35, the term of license of LLC “ Sughurtai Tojik va Chin ” for carrying out insurance activities by types of compulsory and voluntary insurance was extended for 5 years.

On the basis of this Resolution, the license of LLC “Sughurtai Tojik va Chin” dated from January 3, 2019, No. 2 shall be considered cancelled and the Insurance Supervision Management shall be obliged to make a corresponding entry in the Unified State Register of Professional Participants of Insurance Market.
