On LLC “Crowe Khorvat-ACG”

In accordance with the Article 12 of Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On licensing of certain types of activities" as well as Chapter 10 of Regulations "On specifics of licensing certain types of activities" due to the change in location of LLC “Crowe Khorvat-ACG” , the NBT Board approved the Resolution No. 3419 dated from February 19, 2021 on issuance (renewal) of a license to it for performing audit activities of credit institutions till September 6, 2021.

On the base of this Resolution, the license of LLC “Crow Khorvat-ACG” dated from February 3, 2020 shall be considered cancelled and the Banking Supervision Department shall be obliged to make a corresponding entry in the Register of Auditing Licenses in Credit Financial Institutions.
