On LLC IRO “Spitamen Sughurta”

By the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated September 21, 2021№140 and in accordance with Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the National Bank of Tajikistan", Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Insurance Activity" and Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Licensing different types of activities”, LLC Insurance and Reinsurance Organization "Spitamen Sugurta" was issued a license to carry out reinsurance activities for the period of 5 years.

Kholiqzoda Hokim, Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan handed the license for reinsurance activities to Rakhmonov Buzurgjamil, Director of LLC IRO "Spitamen Sugurta". Chairman of the NBT. Kholiqzoda Hokim stated that this is the first organization in the Republic of Tajikistan that received the license to carry out reinsurance activities, and this is a responsible and significant step for development of country's insurance market.

It is worth mentioning, that in accordance with this decision, the Insurance Supervision Department was instructed to make appropriate record in the Unified State Register of Professional Participants of the Insurance Market.
