On QIWI BANK

By the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated September 16, 2021 No. 138, due to expiration of the license of QIWI BANK (Joint Stock Company) to carry out payment system transactions and in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On payment services and payment system" and the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Licensing Certain Types of Activities”, KIWI BANK was issued a license to function as an operator of “CONTACT” payment system for the period of 5 (five) years.

In accordance with this resolution, previous license issuedon August 30, 2018 to KIWI BANK was revoked. The Payment System Department was instructed to make appropriate record on the said changes in the Unified Register of payment system operators.
