On CJSC “Kafolatbonk”

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the National Bank of Tajikistan", the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On banking activities" and the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On liquidation of credit institutions" dated October 27, 2021, No. 160 the license of the Closed Joint Stock Company “Kafolatbonk” was revoked for valid reasons.

According to the decision, it is prohibited to carry out all operations such as cash and non-cash transactions, transfer of funds from one account to another, transfer and disposition of assets and property owned by CJSC “Kafolatbonk” until relevant liquidator is appointed.
