On OJSC "Mehmonsaroi Tojikiston"

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the National Bank of Tajikistan", the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On foreign exchange regulation and foreign exchange control" and Instruction No. 192 "On the procedure and rules for conducting foreign exchange transactions - sales of goods, performing works and renderingservices in foreign currency in the Republic of Tajikistan" by the decision of the Board of the National Bank Tajikistan dated December 9, 2021 No. 190 Open Joint Stock Company "Mehmonsaroi Tojikiston" was granted a license for a period of 3 years to provide special services (activities) in foreign currency.

The Department of International Reserves Management and Exchange Rate Policy was instructed to make an appropriate entry in the Register of License Holders for Special Services (activities) in Foreign Currency.
