Favorable conditions are created for further work of OJSC Sohibkorbank

<p>The Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan, having considered offers of temporary administration of OJSC Sohibkorbank, which has been appointed for improvement of financial situation of the bank, has come to conclusion that it was observed a tendency of stabilization during the activity of temporary administration.  <p>In particular, it has been noticed that in connection with creation of reserves on classified loans, improvement of quality of assets and restructurings of its liabilities, relative growth of level of the capital of the bank had been achieved.  <p>In this connection, according to the Resolution No.3 of the Board of National Bank of Tajikistan dd. January 19, 2011, the activity of temporary administration has been recognized as finished and it was offered to the management of OJSC Sohibkorbank to undertake necessary measures on further improvement of financial situation of the bank, in order to bring its activity in line with requirements of legislation and prudential standards set by the National Bank of Tajikistan.  <p>Now it is observed that the bank management takes effective measures in this direction, giving particular attention to development of corresponding action plans and also measures on increase in capital of the bank.  <p>Press-Service  <br>NBT
