GHULOMZODA ZIYORATSHO GHULOMALI

Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan

Ghulomzoda Ziyoratsho Ghulomali was born on July 7, 1991.

He graduated from the University of Nottingham (Malaysia) with a BA in Finance, Accounting, and Management in 2012, from the University of Nottingham (United Kingdom) with a MA in Finance and Investments in 2013, and from the National University of Tajikistan with a MA in Law in 2016.

From 2014 to 2015, he worked at the Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Tajikistan as a Specialist in the Planning, Analysis, Audit Methodology, and External Relations Division, and as a Leading Specialist in the Standards, Analysis, Development, and International Cooperation Department's Section of Development and International Cooperation.

From 2015 to 2018, he worked at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan. There, he held the positions of Leading Specialist in the Investment Project Management Division, Joint Investment Projects Department of the Main Directorate of Public Debt and Attracting Public Investments, and then as Deputy Head of the Department (concurrently heading the Investment Project Management Division).

Since 2018, he has continued working at the National Bank of Tajikistan, successively holding the positions of Leading Specialist in the Operational Division, International Reserves Management and Exchange Rate Policy Department, Head of International Reserves Risk Analysis Division, and Deputy Director of the Department – Head of Currency Regulation and Currency Control Division of the International Reserves Management and Exchange Rate Policy Department.

From 2023 to July 17, 2026, he served as Director of the International Reserve Management and Exchange Rate Policy at the National Bank of Tajikistan.

By Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan No. 1192 dated July 17, 2026, Ghulomzoda Ziyoratsho Ghulomali was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan.

In 2024 he was awarded the state award of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Medal "For Merit."

He is a member of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan

He is fluent in English and Russian.

Ghulomzoda Ziyoratsho is married and has two children.
