As of September 30, 2026, the total number of electronic wallets of 27 credit financial institutions amounted to 20.5 million units, which increased by 3.8 million units (22.6%) compared to the same period in 2025.
During January-September 2026, 22.6 million non-cash transactions worth 5 180 million somoni were made through electronic wallets, which is an increase of 38.1% and 91.7%, respectively, compared to last year.
