The process of issuing a license for the activities of a payment system operator
The National Bank of Tajikistan issued a license for the activities of a payment system operator to domestic and international payment systems in accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Payment Services and the Payment System” and “The Procedure for Obtaining a License for the Activities of a Payment System Operator”.

During 2025, in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Payment Services and the Payment System”, Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the Licensing System”, and based on Article 77 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the National Bank of Tajikistan”, by the decisions of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated January 7, 2025, No.3 to the LLC “Digital Payment” (payment system Sendy), dated January 22, 2025, No.18 to the LLC “PARDOKHTI OSON” (payment system EASY PAY) and dated August 15, 2025, No.105 to the LLC “BEST”( payment system BEST) licenses were issued to carry out activities as a payment system operator.
