The process of issuing a license for the activities of a payment system operator
The National Bank of Tajikistan issued a license for the activities of a payment system operator to domestic and international payment systems in accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Payment Services and the Payment System” and “The Procedure for Obtaining a License for the Activities of a Payment System Operator”.

By the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated August 15, 2025, No. 105, in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Payment Services and Payment System,” Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the Licensing System,” and based on Article 77 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the National Bank of Tajikistan,” the Limited Liability Company “BEST” has been granted a license to operate the payment system “BEST.”
