For the purpose of sharing of experience, the training seminar with participation of representatives of Financial Intelligence Unit of the Republic of Korea (Korea Financial Intelligence Unit - KoFIU) in sphere of resistance legalization of incomes which was received by illegal means and financing of terrorism was held in the National Bank of Tajikistan on March 31 of current year.

It should be noted, the given event plays the important role for strengthening of mutually advantageous cooperation and realization of banking system activities and sharing of experience between KoFIU (Korea Financial Intelligence Unit) and Financial Monitoring Department of the National Bank of Tajikistan.

During the training seminar the experts of the National Bank of Tajikistan represented the full information concerning Department activities; also they have discussed issues on national risk assessment and readiness of the Republic of Tajikistan for the second round of mutual assessment. Participants of the seminar also have underlined the organization of similar events helps to improve employee’s experience of Financial Monitoring Department and other experts of the National Bank of Tajikistan.
