Announcement on returning the funds transferred through the CONTACT payment system

The National Bank of Tajikistan announces that in order to return the funds transferred through the CONTACT payment system, senders located in the Republic of Tajikistan can apply directly to domestic credit financial institutions by submitting an application.

Also, in order to return the funds transferred to the Republic of Tajikistan through the CONTACT payment system, senders located abroad should send an application with the receipt of the transferred amount and the documents confirming the transfer to "Agentstvo po strakhovaniyu vkladov (Deposit Insurance Agency)" (GSP-4, GK ASB, QIWI Bank (JSC), Moscow 127994, or 1 building, 1A Ave, Severnoe Chertanovo district, Moscow 117648).
