DISCUSSION OF WE FINANCE CODE

On October 1st of the current year, at the meeting of the National Bank of Tajikistan’s leadership with a group of experts from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, ConsumerCentriX and International Project Consult (IPC) GmbH companies WE Finance Code was discussed.

The participants discussed the project start, the progress made in gathering, analyzing, and utilizing data pertaining to women-entrepreneurs. Furthermore, they deliberated on strategies for enhancing local infrastructure to facilitate gender-responsive data collection and analysis within the nation's financial industry.

It should be noted that this project was developed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the National Bank of Tajikistan in order to support the financing of women entrepreneurs. The aim of this initiative is to create a favorable base for expanding financing opportunities for women's entrepreneurship.
