"Investment and Credit Bank, Tajikistan" has been granted a license

In accordance with the decision of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan, the Closed Joint Stock Company "First Microfinance Bank" has undergone a name change to the Closed Joint Stock Company
"Investment and Credit Bank, Tajikistan." This action is taken in accordance with Articles 42 and 77 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the National Bank of Tajikistan," Articles 8 and 25 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Licensing System," as well as Articles 7, 10, and 15 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Banking Activities". Consequently, the Closed Joint Stock Company "Investment and Credit Bank, Tajikistan" has been granted a license to conduct banking operations both in national and foreign currencies.

The Banking Supervision Department and Payment Systems Department were instructed to enter relevant records in the Register of Credit Organizations, the Register of Permitted Documents, as well as the Reference "Specific bank codes of credit financial institutions of the Republic of Tajikistan".
