In accordance with the next decision of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan, the LLC MDO “Fazo S” has undergone a name change to the LLC MDO LOLS “Molia”. This action is taken in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the National Bank of Tajikistan”, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Microcredit Organization", the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the Licensing System." Consequently, the LLC MDO LOLS “Molia” has been granted a license to conduct banking operations both in national and foreign currencies.
The Banking Supervision Department and Payment Systems Department were instructed to enter relevant records in the Register of Microcredit Organizations, the Register of Permitted Documents, as well as the Reference "Specific bank codes of microcredit financial institutions of the Republic of Tajikistan".
