On Voluntary Liquidation

Following a decision by the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Liquidation of Credit Organizations," the request submitted by the "Baror" Microcredit Fund for license revocation and voluntary liquidation was satisfied.

The license of the "Baror" Microcredit Fund to carry out banking operations as of December 21, 2012 was revoked and nullified.

Based on this decision, the authorized body of the "Baror" Microcredit Fund was tasked to establish a liquidation commission and complete the voluntary liquidation of the microcredit fund in compliance with the legal regulations of the Republic of Tajikistan.

At the same time, the liquidation commission was obliged to submit the balance sheet and other necessary information to the National Bank of Tajikistan.
