By the next resolution of Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan, based on the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the National Bank of Tajikistan”, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Microfinance Institutions”, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Banking Activities” and the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Licensing System”, the Closed Joint Stock Company “Humo Bank” was granted a license for banking activities to carry out banking operations in national and foreign currencies due to its transformation into a bank.
The license of CJSC MDO “Humo” issued by the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated from May 11, 2017, No. 51, shall be considered as void.
