In particular, the poverty rate in the country has decreased from 32% to 20.4%, and the average monthly salary has increased severalfold. Significant achievements have also been recorded in the area of digitalization: the number of mobile phone and internet subscribers has increased tenfold over the past ten years, and the volume of non-cash payments has reached billions of US dollars. This process has created new financial opportunities for the population and entrepreneurs and laid the foundation for the development of the digital economy.
The Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan has emphasized that the country, based on the principles of inclusive development and social stability, is committed to strengthening regional solidarity and collective cooperation among the member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
