At the working meeting held on December 26, 2025, chaired by Daler Murodalizoda, Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan, and attended by representatives of credit, financial, and insurance institutions, the creation of a "centralized website for comparing prices/offers" for financial services was discussed.
Daler Murodalizoda, Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan, has noted that in order to expand financial inclusion in the country and improve the level and quality of services provided by credit, financial and insurance institutions to the population, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan adopted Resolution No. 314 of July 1, 2022, «On the National Financial Inclusion Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2022-2026». This strategy includes four main areas, one of which is ensuring the protection of the rights of financial services consumers.
It was noted that, based on paragraph 55 of the Action Plan for the Implementation of the National Financial Inclusion Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2022-2026, relating to the «Protection of Consumer Rights of Financial Services," a draft «Terms of Reference» for development of this page was prepared, taking into account proposals from the structural subdivisions of the National Bank of Tajikistan.
"The development and launch of a 'Centralized website for comparing prices/offers,' along with providing consumers with easy access to accurate and reliable information on financial services, will also contribute to the development of healthy competition between credit, financial and insurance institutions, the provision of high-quality financial services to the population, an improvement in the level and quality of services, and the sustainable development of the country's financial system," has stated Daler Murodalizoda.
The participants then have exchanged views on the creation of a 'Centralized website for comparing prices/offers' for financial services, and provided helpful suggestions on ensuring its smooth operation.
At the conclusion of the event, Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan Daler Murodalizoda has called on representatives of credit, financial and insurance institutions to cooperate with the National Bank of Tajikistan at the appropriate level to create and implement this website and ensure the achievement of the goals set by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
