In this context, the experience of OJSC Eskhata Bank in issuing the first corporate green bond in the Republic of Tajikistan, which was carried out with the support of the International Finance Corporation, was considered an important basis for the further development of the capital market and sustainable financing. During the meeting, the parties also discussed issues regarding technical assistance provided by the Global Green Growth Institute for developing the legal and institutional framework, strengthen human resources, and identify projects in line with green financing requirements. At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed their willingness to expand mutually beneficial cooperation in developing sustainable financing, strengthening the capital market, attracting long-term investments, and issuing quasi-sovereign green bonds in the Republic of Tajikistan.
