Regarding the implementation of the pilot project on individual entrepreneur taxation, the National Bank of Tajikistan acts as the automated system operator. In cooperation with tax authorities, financial credit institutions, and the technical operator — the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan — the Bank is progressively carrying out the necessary organizational and technical work, including information integration.
The main goal of the project is to create favorable conditions for individual entrepreneur activities, simplify tax procedures, reduce administrative burden, increase the digitalization level, and ensure settlements transparency.
As part of the project, a corresponding digital platform has been developed, and its integration with the information systems of tax authorities and financial credit institutions is being implemented according to plan.
In order to ensure stable, secure and reliable operation of the system, the project is being implemented in stages. From September of this year, the platform will be used in a technical test environment for a period of three months.
This stage is pilot and technical in nature and is intended to comprehensively test the system's operation, verify the accuracy of data processing and exchange, assess the stability of integration with relevant systems, and ensure its technical readiness before the start of full project implementation.
After the pilot phase, the system's operational results will be comprehensively evaluated. Taking into account the test results and the technical readiness of all participants, the project will transition to full implementation in accordance with the established procedure.
The National Bank of Tajikistan will publish official information on the subsequent stages of project implementation, launch deadlines, and the procedure for using the system. In order to provide citizens, individual entrepreneurs, and other interested parties with accurate and reliable information, it is recommended to obtain it from official sources.
