On August 28, 2026, the National Bank of Tajikistan hosted a training seminar on the preparation of payment orders for budget funds and other mandatory payments. The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the Tax Committee, the Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, and various financial credit institutions.
The seminar was held as part of measures to improve the payment system and develop digital financial services, in order to enhance the quality of processing payments to the state budget and reduce errors when making these transactions.
During the presentation, specialists of the National Bank of Tajikistan explained the procedure for correctly filling out payment orders when paying taxes, state duties, and other mandatory payments, as well as the procedure for using budget revenue classification codes. It was noted that the correct use of codes contributes to the accurate accounting of state budget revenues in the State Finance Management Information System and the proper processing of such transactions, and provides a basis for coordinating the activities of state bodies and credit institutions to accelerate payments, increase transparency, and reduce operating costs.
In this regard, financial credit institutions were recommended to regularly organize training seminars and explanatory sessions for customers and responsible employees concerning the preparation of payment orders in accordance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts.
