After the adoption of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On Islamic Banking», there is started development of drafts of regulatory legal acts, which are necessary for realization of position of this Law.
    It is estimated that the mentioned drafts of regulatory legal acts will be prepared due to principles and advanced practice of such countries as the European Union, USA, China, Russia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan and will be realized in the first half of 2015.
