A conference on “Reception of credits in assessment of business environment of Tajikistan 2016 - the wellbeing and prosperity factor” at the initiative of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan at active support of the World bank and the State Secretary of Switzerland on economic affairs has taken place on January 21 of current year in Dushanbe. Deputy Prime minister of country Murodali Alimardon, permanent representative of the World Bank in Tajikistan Patricia Vivers Carter and representatives of the ministries and the credit organisations have taken part on the given event.
    The Deputy Prime minister of country Murodali Alimardon in his speech has noticed, that the given event expands ways of reforming of the credit information exchange system and developments of pledge systems of intangible property, and by introduction of given system favorable conditions for a system effectiveness of financing and access of small and medium entrepreneurs to financing are created.


    Addressing to participants of the given event the Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan A. Shirinov has noticed, that as a result of realisation of necessary reforms and due to the accepted measures in the report “Doing Business for 2015” Tajikistan has risen on 62 steps and has reached high indicators among 10 developed countries of reformers in sphere of possibility of access of businessmen to credits by estimations of the World Bank. It is important for us, that we could perform certain works for the purpose of securing of the achieved positions.
     During conference work domestic experts and representatives of the World Bank have acted on discussed questions and have expressed interesting ideas and proposals for proceeding of reforming in sphere of business environment evaluation in the country.
