Minimum amount of authorized capital is increased

With a view of consolidation of microcredit depositary institutions’ activity and realization of effective regulation of their activity by the Decision of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan from May 28, 2015 in Instruction No.196 “On order of regulation of microcredit depositary organizations activity”, registered in the Ministry of Justice under No.600 “б” from June 26, 2015, have been made amendments, according to which the minimum amount of authorized capital for new microcredit depositary institutions is established in amount of TJS 6 000 000.

     According to this Decision for the operating microcredit depositary institutions the minimum amount of authorized capital is defined in following order:

    - as of 1.10.2015 – TJS 3 000 000 (three million);

    - as of 1.01.2016 – TJS 4 500 000 (four million five hundred thousand);

    - as of 1.04.2016 – TJS 6 000 000 (six millions);

    Also, other Decision of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan from May 28, 2015 for the above-stated purpose had been made amendments to the Instruction No. 197 "On order of regulation of the microcredit institutions activity", registered in the Ministry of Justice under No.137 «е» on June 26, 2015 and the minimum amount of authorized capital for new microcredit institutions is established in amount of TJS 4 000 000.

    According to this Decision for the operating microcredit institutions the minimum amount of authorized capital is defined in following order: - as of 1.10.2015 – TJS 2 000 000 (two million); - as of 1.01.2016 – TJS 3 500 000 (three million); - as of 1.04.2016 – TJS 4 000 000 (four million).
