NBT: In CJSC “Fononbank” appointed provisional administration

According to the Articles 49 and 50 of the Laws of the Republic of Tajikistan «On National Bank of Tajikistan» and with a view of financial condition improvement of the CJSC "Fononbank" and protection of interests of depositors and creditors the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan by its Decision from October 2, 2015 has appointed provisional administration for a period of three months.

According to this Decision, the structure of provisional administration of the CJSC "Fononbonk" composes well experienced employees of the National Bank of Tajikistan.

In addition, provisional administration should operate on the basis of the legislation, and to take necessary measures for financial condition improvement of the CJSC "Fononbank".
