Money remittance system “Zolotaya korona” and “Leader” freely accept monetary fund’s in Russian rubles

The National Bank of Tajikistan in response to the information published on the web site of the news agency “Asia plus” that allege by money transfer systems”Zolotaya Korona” and “Leader” has ceased to accept and to remit Russian rubles from the citizens of Tajikistan, reports that currently all existing money transfer systems including “Zolotaya Korona” and “Leader” in the Russian Federation continue their activities as usual. All the rumors on Russian rubles acceptance and remittance termination from the citizens of Tajikistan in the Russian Federation are false and not incorrect.

Today, like other days, the responsible representatives of the National Bank of Tajikistan had a telephone conversation with representatives of money transfer systems in Russia and as a result, it became clear that the abovementioned money transfer systems freely take and transfer funds of citizens of Tajikistan to the republic. Moreover, credit institutions of the Republic have close relations with more than 20 money transfer systems in the world, including Russia which freely transfers money to Tajikistan daily.

It should also be noted that the money transfer offices of credit institutions of the Republic issue daily cash in Russian rubles, including transfers from the Russian Federation to recipients in local currency. Now, there is no problem on this issue, as permanent and organized activity of money transfer offices is always under the direct control of the National Bank of Tajikistan.
