LLC MDO Alif-Sarmoya has been issued a license for effecting banking operations

In accordance with the Articles 14 and 21 of Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On microfinance institutions" by the decision of Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dd. March 14, current year the LLC MDO "Alif-Sarmoya” has been issued a license for effecting banking operations in national and foreign currencies, such as attraction of savings and deposits of physical and legal entities, issuance of microcredits, opening and conducting banking accounts, transfer of money resources, cash operations, settlement and exchange operations and others.

In connection with the given decision the corresponding record will be made in the Register of microfinance organisations and Directory “Banking identification codes of credit institutions of the Republic of Tajikistan”.

It was given consent to voluntary liquidation of Microcredit Fund "Hamroz-Tus" by other decision of Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan in accordance with the Article 6 of Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On liquidation of credit institutions” and certificate given to the Fund has been revoked.

The authorized body of Microcredit Fund "Hamroz-Tus" was instructed as an interested entity to apply to court authorities on issues of liquidation of the given Fund.
