Five microcredit institutions have merged

The National Bank of Tajikistan has consented to reorganization of five microcredit institutions by major of LLC MCO "Rushdi Pomir", LLC MCO "Ishkoshim", LLC MCO "Rushdi Darvoz", LLC MCO "Avrangzeb" and LLC MCO "Shurobod on their request by the Decision of Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan according to Article 13 of Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On micro financial institutions» in view of non-compliance with the regulations of Instruction №197 «On procedure of regulation of activities of microcredit institutions».

There are withdrawn a license of LLC MCO "Ishkoshim", LLC MCO "Rushdi Darvoz", LLC MCO "Avrangzeb" and LLC MCO "Shurobod", which was issued by the National Bank of Tajikistan for effecting banking operations.

The LLC "Rushdi Pomir" was obliged to represent the copies of constituent and supporting documents of institution after the state registration of reorganization to responsible authorities.

According to the Decision of LLC MCO "Ishkoshim", LLC MCO "Rushdi Darvoz", LLC MCO "Avrangzeb" and LLC MCO "Shurobod" will be removed from the Register of micro financial institutions.
