Seminar on Risk-oriented Supervision

The Scientific Research and Personnel Retraining Institute of the National Bank of Tajikistan within the personnel training program 2016 with participation of experts of Technical Central Bank Cooperation Center of the Deutsche Bundesbank (Germany) has conducted training workshop for staff members of NBT central office and regional branches on Risk-oriented supervision from May 30 to June 1, 2016 in the National Bank of Tajikistan.

For this period the experts of Technical Central Bank Cooperation Center of the Deutsche Bundesbank (Germany) Mr.Yorn Flegler and Mr.Martin Frey have provided training lectures on internal procedure of capital adequacy ratio assessment (ICAAP and SREP) in practice of supervision authorities, financial services suppliers licensing, supervision assessment, reliability and conscientiousness of managers, risk assessment cases analysis, additional capital and risk reduction measures, stress testing as a component of banking risks control system.

At the same time, participants of the seminar have received detailed data on programs of Basel II and Basel III.
The purpose of conducting seminar is improvement of professional skill of the NBT experts and study of advanced practice of European countries central banks, including Federal Republic of Germany.
