The activity of CJSC MLO “Madadgori Mastchoh” was terminated

By the decision of the Board of the National bank of Tajikistan from November 9, 2016 according to the Article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On microfinancial organisations» and Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On liquidation of the lending institutions» the activities of CJSC MLO «Madadgori Mastchoh» was terminated due bankruptcy.

According to the above mentioned decision, the licence of the given Micro Lending Organization for conducting of banking operations which has been issued by the National bank of Tajikistan on February 4, 2013 №9 will be revoked.

Other aspects of activity of the given lending organization will be reviewed and considered on the basis of the approved decision by responsible persons of the NBT and according to the established procedures will be directed to judicial instance.
