CJSC “Fononbonk” is transformed into OJSC “Fononbonk”

According to the Article 42 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the National Bank of Tajikistan” and articles 7, 10 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Banking activities” the Licence for conducting of banking operations with national and foreign currency has been issued to OJSC “Fononbank” on December 29, 2016

It should be noted that according to the above mentioned decision, the licence of CJSC “Fononbank” as of April 23, 2013 was cancelled due to changes made in the name of the organization.

In this regard, the Banking Supervision Department and the Payment Systems Management of the National Bank of Tajikistan were committed to enter related changes into the List of the credit organizations and Directories Banking Identification Codes of Credit Institutions of the Republic of Tajikistan.
