The Licence of LLC MLO “Renessans-Credit” is revoked

According to the Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On liquidation of the lending institutions» and application on voluntary liquidation by LLC MLO “Renessans-Credit” and by the next decision of the Board of the National bank of Tajikistan from December 29, 2016 the activities of abovementioned organization was terminated.

According to the above mentioned decisions, the licence of the given credit organization for conducting of banking operations which has been issued by the National bank of Tajikistan on May 19, 2008 №168 was revoked.

The authorised body of LLC MLO “Renessans-Credit” is instructed to establish liquidating commission to fulfill procedures on voluntary liquidation and settlements with creditors of the given credit organisation. Accordingly the liquidating commission shall undertake to submit to the National Bank of Tajikistan balance sheet report and other relevant information.
