Licence of CJSC TJSC IBRR “Tajprombank” is revoked

By the next decision of the Board of the National bank of Tajikistan from February 24, 2017 (10) and on the base of the Article 48 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On the National Bank of Tajikistan» and the Article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On liquidation of the lending institutions» the activities of CJSC TJSC IBRR “Tajprombank” was terminated due substantial reasons.

According to the given decision, the licence of the CJSC TJSC IBRR “Tajprombank” for conducting of banking operations issued by the National Bank of Tajikistan has been revoked.

Other aspects of given organisation’s activities will be studied and considered on the basis of approved decision by the NBT officials within the frame of current legislation.
